| The Marchesi Company, result of an entrepreneurial experience dated from the 50’s of last Century, is since 2001 in the international market as manufacturer of precooked semolina. Not only do our recipes include the use of flours obtained by milling cereals, but also other edible crops such as, in particular, legumes. The Marchesi plant is situated on an approximately 4000 m² plot; located in the plain of Bologna, it is structured with the latest automated equipment and advanced technology, which allows the processing of a high variety of raw materials minimizing operator/product contact (full automation). Through this production system, we can obtain recognized top quality, exquisite productions of Couscous. The BRC and IFS certifications, recently issued by the TÜV Certification Body, are evidence of the dedication of our Master Pasta Makers and the strict compliance with the current regulations in every stage of the production cycle. |
