| Luobei County Northern Food Co., Ltd is located in Luobei County, Heilongjiang Province, one of the only three black earth regions in the world. Blessed with blue sky, high mountains, dense forests and the ideal cold temperatures, the black soil is best suited. This vast and fertile region has an excellent ecological environment and is listed as a State-Level Eco-Agriculture County by the Ministry of Agriculture. Luobei County Northern Food Co., Ltd formerly name was North Trading Co., Ltd, Since 2010, we have been engaged in the processing of organic whole grains and legumes, and we have well-equipped facilities such as specific gravity separator machine, stone removal machines, magnetic separators, polishing machines, color sorters, and metal detectors. Luobei County Northern Food Co., Ltd was established in 2017, Legal representative is Mr. Qingwen Geng, and we mainly engages in the cultivation of miscellaneous grains and legumes, organic processing, and domestic and overseas trade. On the basis of upgrading its existing equipment, new ones such as X-ray machines and vacuum packaging machines have been installed. Utilizing the world's most advanced legume processing equipment, the company employs stringent production workshop management systems to ensure product quality. The company regards its farmland as the first production workshop and strictly follows the organic agricultural product production process in terms of seed selection, cultivation site conversion, field management, climate monitoring, pest and disease control, harvesting and threshing, and processing, packaging, and storage, ensuring that the entire production process is traceable. Our company has 1,110 hectares of organic planting bases, covers an area of 4,000 square meters, and has 1,800 square meters of production workshop and finished product warehouse; the products have passed the certification of EU organic (EU) food, US organic (NOP) food, Japanese organic (JAS) food, Chinese organic (GB) food, Taiwan organic food, HACCP quality system certification, BRC, etc. In 2022, after years of exploration and research, the company decided to take advantage of the agricultural product industry advantages in Luobei County, with the strong support of the local government, to develop pre-cooked whole grain products. The company upgraded its original factory facilities and introduced advanced pre-cooked whole grain production equipment, including whole grain cleaning machines, multifunctional steamer ovens, whole grain pelletizing machines, air energy drying machines, microwave cooking machines, blenders, and vacuum packaging machines. A mature, standardized whole grain deep processing production line was thus established. Currently, the company has launched seven pre-cooked products: Manshen Porridge, Nvshen Porridge, Five-color Porridge, High-fiber Porridge, Eight Treasures Porridge, Millet Pumpkin Porridge, and Tibet barley and lentil Porridge. In addition to traditional sales methods, the company is continuously integrating current e-commerce and live streaming sales models. Our products have been exported to markets at home and abroad, earning us a good reputation among customers both at home and abroad and establishing a solid foundation in these markets. |
